a. Issuance of SOFT TOKEN ceases with immediate effect.
b. All DSC download effective on or after 7th Dec 2013 can only be downloaded onto FIPS CERTIFIED TOKEN (HARD TOKEN ONLY).
c. Any customer who has purchased DSC in soft token mode prior to 7th Dec will need to download their Certificate in FIPS certified token on or after 7th December 2013.

Fill the Application Form Correctly. Fields indicate by * are Compulsory. The mobile number and email ID should be unique in the application form. The application form should be filled up and signed in Blue-ink only.
a) Require Self Attested and attested by native country embassy, or apostilization/consularization made in their native country copy of applicant's PAN Card or PASSPORT.
b) Require Self Attested and attested by native country embassy, or apostilization/consularization made in their native country copy of any one of the following in the applicant’s name as Proof of residence of the applicant :- PASSPORT or any other Government issued Address Proof ( DRIVING LICENSE / VISA / Latest Bank Statement with proper stamp from bank and signature of the Bank Manager ).
* If PAN number is mentioned in the application form, then it is mandatory to provide attested copy of Pan Card.
* (attested by native country embassy, or apostilization/consularization made in their native country.)
* The signature and attestation must be in blue ink and cannot be in Black / Green / Red ink.
